Why I’m Running

“I am running for re-election because Ball Ground is my home, and I care deeply about preserving the quality of life that makes our community so special.  I want to continue serving residents and business owners with honesty, accessibility, and conservative values.

Over the past five years, I have worked to manage growth responsibly, protect taxpayers, improve public safety, and strengthen our city’s future. I helped implement impact fees on new homes, supported stronger oversight of development, worked with county leaders on sidewalk and streetlight improvements, helped expand the police department, and raised approximately $70,000 in donations and materials to build the Veterans Memorial at no cost to taxpayers.

If re-elected, I will continue focusing on responsible growth, more green space and pocket parks, stronger downtown commerce and tourism, additional parking, economic development, job growth, and expanded sidewalks.  I will continue to represent your best interests with honesty and integrity, and I will always be accessible to listen to your issues of concern.”
